ABOUT EVA
I’m Eva, I study English and Spanish at the University of Leeds and I’m so excited to be a part of Cloud 9 tutors tutoring these 2 subjects! I can’t wait to inspire my new tutees within the subjects I’m passionate about. In my spare time I love to read (surprise surprise from an English student!) and my favourite book is Donna Tart’s The Secret History. I love analysing texts and hope to someday work in publishing. My sessions will be tailored to help students work on their individual weaknesses, and focus on gaining confidence.

ABOUT EMILY
Hi everyone! My name is Emily and I’m a history student at King’s College London. I did my A-Levels last summer and will be offering tutoring in GCSE English Literature and English Language and A-Level English Literature and Politics. I’ve written articles for several publications and hope to one day become a journalist. In my spare time, I work with a children’s and young people’s charity. I have experience helping people in reading and understanding texts on the English curriculum. I know how it feels to struggle in these classes but with lots of hard work I developed various methods to counter this and I want to make sure others are able to become more confident in their writing. In terms of my politics background, I ran my school’s politics society, teaching weekly classes on political topics and created numerous resources used by my classmates and even my teachers. Now I want to help other students with what they find difficult and together, we’ll aim for success!
