ABOUT JOSH
My name is Josh and I am a 3rd year Philosophy, Ethics and Religion student at the University of Birmingham with an aim of completing a Masters in Law afterwards. I have had a range of experience in tutoring students at KS2 to A Level in a variety of subjects. Alongside my studies, I regularly perform as a stand up comedian and just generally enjoy having a good time with friends! I look forward to helping your child feel much more confident and comfortable in areas they might struggle with, and I can guarantee that they will walk away from my sessions with a smile on their face!

ABOUT MAYA
Hi, I’m Maya. I’m a Linguistics student at the University of Leeds with three years of tutoring experience. I achieved 11 grade 9s at GCSE, and straight As in A level Chemistry, Maths, and French. While I have always enjoyed the subjects I tutor, the most rewarding part of my academic journey has been learning how to tackle the subjects I found challenging, and that’s what drives my current tutoring approach.
Outside of academics, I love learning languages (I’m currently working on Greek and Italian) and playing netball. Above all, I’m firm believer in the benefit of good work-life balance and I focus on building study habits around the more exciting parts of life.
